The Fancy Flea & Dear Daisy Cottage, oh my!

Yesterday I spent a most beautiful day in Lakeland, FL, at the Fancy Flea.  I found some treasures and met the most lovely and kind, Dear Daisy Cottage author, Kim.  That was the highlight of my day, week, month.  Kim is a beautiful  person and a daily delight!

An apron for my daughter, Amanda.  She likes these old vintage mushrooms.  It needs just a little sewing and ironing and she will look adorable in it!

These hand embroidered napkins go perfectly with my...hmmm...36-year-old Nasturtium dishes.  (I can't  really be that old?)

I got this fabulous runner for $1!  I love the way it looks on my old buffet from my sweet aunt.

I can hardly wait for the next Fancy Flea!

  1. Dear Deb,

YOU and your sweet hubby made my YEAR.
Seriously. You both are the SWEETEST and I can't thank you enough for your kind words and support.
I am so proud of YOU and your beautiful, soulful outlook on life and may you continue to grab the moments and embrace them 100% for years and years and years to come. For now... let's just grab onto today and savor all that it brings us.

I wish you good health and much joy.

Thank you for EVERYTHING. I absolutely loved you both.

    Love,

  3. Hi Deb,
Thanks for stopping by my blog. That is great that we are all doing the Sketchbook Project. We can all go to the showing when it comes through Winter Park next summer! I love vintage things too. I'll have to check out the Fancy Flea. I haven't heard of it before. Looks like you found some treasures!
